Strange incident on a plane: passenger posts picture of fellow passenger duct taped to chair

A passenger on-board Icelandair posted this picture of another passenger duct taped to his chair.

According to Gawker , "passengers said the man on-board downed an "entire bottle" of duty free alcohol then started groping, choking, and spitting on other passengers, and yelling that the plane was going to crash."

A spokesman for the airline told Gawker that the passenger was restrained for safety reasons and arrested after the plane landed at JFK.
