HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. - It's said you shouldn't cry over spilled milk, but what about spilled beer?
Suds filled the streets in Tampa Thursday when a semi carrying Budweiser lost part of its load.
The Florida Highway Patrol says a trucker was southbound on I-275 when two vehicles ahead of him changed lanes and stopped suddenly due to slow traffic.
The trucker also had to slam on his brakes, causing his load to shift.
The beer hit the trailer wall and then spilled onto the road.
Southbound lanes were closed for more than an hour.
