SEASIDE PARK, New Jersey - A 5-foot long shark washed up on New Jersey's Seaside Park Friday, forcing swimmers out of the water.
It was the third time a shark sighting forced lifeguards to order everyone out of the water there during the month of July.
Authorities saw the shark swimming just about 10 feet off shore and sounded the alarm at about 2:30 p.m.
Beach patrol officials watched the fish make its way from the north end of the town to the south before it finally swam back out to sea.
Swimmers were then allowed back in the water.
