MARIETTA, GA - A three-year-old French sheepdog has won a special title from Guinness World Records.
Norman the dog propelled himself 100 feet in twenty seconds at a charity event in Marietta, Georgia in July. Friday, Guinness World Records verified the scooter feat.
Using his two front paws, Norman balances himself on the scooter, then uses one of his hind paws to push against the ground.
Norman is multi-talented.
The pooch can also ride a skateboard and pedal himself on a bike with training wheels.
Norman also wowed the crowd outside the TODAY show studios Sunday morning in New York City.
