WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Travel, shopping and food. Americans have cutback on just about everything in this down economy to stay afloat -- everything, that is, except mans' best friend.

"Some pet owners will go so far to care for their pets before themselves, and it's costing a lot of money," a local groomer told NewsChannel 5.
