In a market that's "rent hot," there’s a new trend that is making investors quick cash.

But at what cost and price?

“They're stepping into the ownership position solely so they can rent the property out collect the rent," explained real estate attorney, Shari Olefson. 

It's the latest way real estate investors are making quick cash, so why are some raising questions over ethics?
