PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL -- A Howell L. Walkins Middle School band teacher is facing over a dozen new charges involving a sex scandal at a school.
Four more female students and two teachers have accused him of sexual relations that occurred on school grounds, according to the Palm Beach County School Police report.
Heath Miller is charged with sexual battery on a student, 5 counts of molestation on students, tampering/destroying physical evidence, obstruction of justice and trespassing.
The misconduct occurred inside of the school's band room, according to the police report.
DNA tests were conducted after students told investigators exact locations where the sexual molestations occurred.
Victims told investigators Miller would have sex with them inside of the band classroom without using a condom and would ejaculate on the floor.
Luminol DNA test was conducted by crime scene techs in the uniform room where victims described where the sexual assaults occurred and results on scene tested positive for semen.
When Miller was asked by a detective in a taped phone conversation why semen was found, Miller stated he "frequently masturbated" inside of his middle school classroom justifying the reason for the bodily fluid found on the floor.
Victims told also investigators Miller instructed them to wash their clothes or to lie about the sexual relations if asked about it.
Miller is already jailed for sex with a female student at the school and inappropriate sexual contact with three others.
Miller will face a judge Friday morning.
The Palm Beach County School District released this statement:
"We are thankful that this additional information has been provided leading to these charges. We take extremely seriously our responsibility to protect our students
