If you haven't hula hooped in decades don't be afraid to try again. Kim Thomson says, "Anyone can do it. so you're just rocking...instead of throwing your body . Then once you get that down you can start dancing and doing more moves with the hoop."
It beats of the boredum of the treadmill... gets your heart pumping and makes you feel like a kid again.
