WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - One state lawmaker wants citizens to decide if people with terminal illnesses should be allowed to legally smoke marijuana. Medical marijuana is the best painkiller for people with some forms of cancer.
House democrat Jeff Clemens has filed a joint resolution to put the issue before voters in 2012.
