The Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco says 23-year-old Daniel David Pawa was in possession of moonshine and a firearm.
In six years working in Palm Beach County courts, Judge Ted S. Bocras told the court that he has never seen the charge before.
A Probable Cause Affidavit says agents posted an advertisement on Craig'slist with the title reading, "Moonshine?" An agent says he received a text message back and he eventually met Pawa.
According to the report, Pawa offered to sell the undercover agent gallons of 185-190 proof moonshine liquor for $100-$150.00 per gallon.
During his arrest, a loaded .45 caliber firearm was removed from his waistband, according to the report.
Bond was set at $5,000.
