WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Palm Tran has broken ridership records over the past few months. Some Palm Tran drivers also say, they’re breaking the speed limit to stay on schedule.
A group of bus drivers is speaking exclusively with the Contact 5 Investigators about new safety concerns. “It’s very dangerous,” said one driver. “I’m guilty of it.”
They’re now pushing for a second look at bus schedules as more people are riding Palm Tran than ever before.
Tuesday on NewsChannel 5 at 5, we’ll hear from the drivers about what they’re calling a growing problem and watch as the Contact 5 Investigators put some buses to the test.
