Occupied vehicle pulled from canal in Jupiter Farms

JUPITER FARMS - On Thursday afternoon Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews responded to a car in a canal with a person trapped inside at 15066 Jupiter Farms Road.
The initial call came in as a possible drowning at 2:11 p.m.
Palm Beach Sheriff's Office pulled the car from the canal and a person was trapped inside, according to Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
Palm Beach Fire Rescue crews extricated the person from car and transported them to St Mary's Medical Center as a trauma alert.
