WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- Palm Beach County Sheriff's Deputies say they received a fraud report from Florida Power and Light last January.

The utility company says that someone was using stolen identities to open an FPL account.

Investigators from PBSO say that during the course of their investigation they discovered that the same person opened accounts with FPL and AT&T using the same stolen information.

Erika Morales of West Palm Beach was arrested and charged with 25 felony counts of fraud related to identity theft.

PBSO says that Morales stole the personal information from the company she was working for.

A check of the PBSO booking blotter by WPTV.com shows that Morales has been arrested 5 times since 2002.
