CAIRO, Egypt (AP) -- There's a claim of responsibility for the attempted car bombing yesterday in New York City. A minute-long video allegedly released by the Pakistani Taliban says the Times Square attack was planned as revenge for the death of the group's leader and the recent killings of the top leaders of al-Qaida in Iraq. The SUV packed with propane and other materials failed to explode.
