SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.-- A man and woman face child neglect charges after deputies say they found marijuana in a room where a baby slept.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says a Crime Stoppers tip complaining of marijuana growing in a backyard led them to a house on Colt lane.
According to a probable cause affidavit investigators not only found marijuana growing in the ground but drugs inside the house along with 21 guns, 21 boxes of ammunition, a silencer, holster and cash.
Deputies arrested Garth A. Wiles and Kemica K. Richards.
Both face charges of marijuana possession with the intent to sell and child neglect. In addition Wiles faces possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent felon.
