Arrests in Victoria’s Secret 'panty raid'

BOCA RATON, FL-- Two suspected serial shoplifters are under arrest in connection with mall thefts in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Police say Hector Collazo and Carlos Ramirez Martinez were caught stealing from stores at the Aventura Mall.

Boca Raton Police also charged the pair with stealing underwear on two separate occasions at Victoria's Secret in the Town Center Mall.

Collazo is an organized shoplifter who recruits members for groups that travel from Miami to New England and steal large amounts of merchandise, police say.

Collazo refused to talk to investigators in Boca Raton but police say his partner Martinez did.

Investigators say Martinez admitted stealing from the Victoria's Secret stores and said the pair also lifted merchandise from the Gap and Express stores at Town Center.
