Arrest made in Belle Glade shooting

BELLE GLADE, FL. -- Dwayne Blake has been arrested and charged with shooting a man behind a building on SW 5th St earlier this week.
The arrest report issued by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office says that Blake shot a confidential informant after he recognized him on the street.
The informant according the arrest report has been working with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies.
The victim was shot twice by Blake and flown to Delray Community Medical Center for treatment.
Blake is being held in the West Detention Center in Belle Glade.
The charges against Blake include attempted murder while engaged in a felony, posession of a weapon by a convicted Florida felon, obstructing justic and attempted first degree murder with a firearm.
