Baseball & Brews

The Hammerheads, chasing their first league championship, play the Charlotte Stone Crabs. For more information, click here.

Green Market

Head down to the green market at the Indian River Lagoon waterfront in Downtown Fort Pierce from 8:00 a.m. - noon. Vendors sell fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, baked goods, soaps, and much more. Call 772-940-1145 for more information.

Garth Brooks tribute show and line dancing

Capping off a great summer, the Downtown Boca Friday Night LIVE! monthly entertainment series presented by JM Lexus is hosting a free, open-to-the-public evening with a “Best of Garth Brooks” tribute show with plenty of line dancing at Sanborn Square. The ever-popular Gourmet Truck Expo will be serving up curbside, easy-to-grab Southern-style culinary fare with café seating. Line dancing lessons start at 6:30 p.m., and the tribute band will begin at 7:30.

Swede Fest

Swede Fest Palm Beach is an amateur film festival that will be held at the Borland Center for Performing Arts in Midtown, Palm Beach Gardens this Friday. A sweded film is a laughably bad remake of a hit film, in other words, a funny take-off. Visit http://swedefestpalmbeach.com/  for information or call 561.282.4623.

4th annual "Masskrugstemmen"

Think you can hold your beer? The American German Club will host another round of masskrugstemmen, a beer stein hoisting competition that tests your strength, this Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. For more information, click here. You must be 21 and older to participate.
