2012 Treasure Coast Hurricane Expos

The annual Treasure Coast Hurricane Expos are scheduled.  This is a family friendly event with lots of hurricane related vendors and officials. The event is free and open to the public.

You can even meet NewsChannel 5's storm team members, chat about the upcoming hurricane season, and get an autographed picture.

The first expo will be held at the Treasure Coast Square Mall in Jensen Beach, Saturday June 2nd from 10am-9pm. It is presented by the American Red Cross, Expert Shutter Services, and Physicians Immediate Care.

Members of Storm Team 5 will be in the Newschannel 5 booth the following times:

11-2PM - Glenn Glazer
1-3PM - James Wieland

3-5PM - Kait Parker

Chief Meteorologist Steve Weagle will be giving a Hurricane talk at 1pm.

Indian River Mall hurricane expo will be held Saturday June 9th in Vero Beach from 10am-3pm.

It is presented by the Indian River Mall and Treasure & Spacecoast Radio.
