BRADENTON, FL--A trapper caught a large Burmese Python in a storm drain in Bradenton over the weekend.

The 14-foot snake had been roaming a neighborhood for several months according to residents.

Trapper Justin Matthews was called in and found the snake hiding in a storm drain Saturday.

After a little coaxing he was able to get the snake out of the drain and has now taken it back to his preserve.

Officials aren't sure how the snake got out, and think it had been living off of ducks from a nearby pond.
