A Milwaukee company that packages pasta salads and chicken salads is recalling nearly 7 tons of products because they contain onions possibly contaminated with listeria.

The Garden Fresh Foods salads contain diced onions that are the subject of an FDA recall from supplier, Gills Onions.

The products in question contain the number "p-17256" or "est. 17256" inside the US Department of Agriculture mark of inspection.

No illnesses have been reported in connection with the products, which are sold nationwide.

A list of the specific recalled products is available on-line at www.Fsis.Usda.Gov/
