LOS ANGELES - A 911 call made by actress Shannen Doherty after a fan threatened to commit suicide is making headlines Monday morning.

According to ABC News, the unidentified fan in New Jersey contacted the “90210” star on Twitter, threatening to take her own life if Doherty didn’t call her.

ABC News reported that the incident happened last month, but TMZ posted the audio Sunday.

During the 911 call, Doherty was asked to get the fan’s address through Twitter and then give it to dispatch, the report said.

Doherty gave police the fan’s information and then asked them to call her back with an update.
