Netflix, the popular subscription-based movie and television show rental service, is moving away from physical DVD rentals.
The company announced this week that it was removing the option for customers to add DVD's to their subscriptions from streaming devices.
That means customers who watch netflix videos on their smartphone or game console won't be able to easily request having a DVD mailed.
Many users are upset, saying this limits their options.
Netflix representatives say this is one of the first steps in moving away from physical DVD's and towards instant streaming video.
