Michelle Obama and Jimmy Fallon's 'Evolution of Mom Dancing' video

First Lady Michelle Obama was Jimmy Fallon's guest on Friday night, promoting her "Let's Move" anti-obesity campaign.

Fallon strapped on a wig and was joined by the First Lady for the latest in his "Evolution" series of comedy bits.

This one put the "Let's Move" concept in action as they presented the "Evolution of Mom Dancing."

From "Raise the roof" to "the sprinkler" to the "Pulp Fiction", the pair accurately (and humorously) ran through the various examples of "mom dancing."

Fallon has had fun with the "evolution of" theme in the past, like the "Evolution of Dad dancing".

And Fallon was joined by Justin Timberlake for the wildly popular video for their "Evolution of rap."
