Justin Bieber breast grab photo? Did Bieber grab fan Jocelyn's chest in viral photo?

We know Justin Bieber loves his fans, but in a recent photo of him greeting one of them he seemed to show a bit too much affection.

The image, which was captured at a recent meet-and-greet event, depicts 18-year-old Bieber with one arm around a fan, and kissing her on the cheek.

But from the angle the photo was taken, his other hand seems to stray dangerously close to her chest, making many wonder if he was copping a feel.

The fan in question's name is reportedly Jocelyn, who tweets under the handle @JocelynnBieber. According to the Twitter user, who has the image up as a profile photo, appearances are deceiving.

"IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA I CANT" Jocelyn posted Saturday night.

And by the early hours of Sunday, Jocelyn had to reiterate, "NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs." The fan then told a follower Sunday, "people can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me."

Bieber's rep has also issued a statement saying that Bieber wasn't getting handsy with the fan. "That definitely did not happen," the rep told E!. "He was pulling away from her."

The pop star himself has been quiet about that specific incident, although he did tweet Tuesday night, "alot of bs has been out there lately... seems like it never stops. answering for myself thru music."
