Josh Brolin arrested: actor picked up for public intoxication in Santa Monica, California

Actor Josh Brolin may have had a happy New Year's Eve, but he doesn't appear too happy nearly 24 hours after that.
Brolin was arrested at 11:30pm on January 1, 2013 by Santa Monica police in California.
"He was intoxicated and unable to care for himself," SMPD spokesman Sgt. Richard Lewis tells E News . "He was booked and released with no further action pending."
