Jimmy Buffett falls off stage at concert in Australia, suffers head injury

The Daily Telegraph says singer Jimmy Buffett suffered a head injury after falling off of a stage at a concert in Sydney, Australia.
The paper says his head was bleeding before he was rushed to the hospital.
Buffett's manager then took the stage and urged fans to leave the auditorium, the Hordern Pavilion.
One member of the audience told the paper that 64-year-old Buffett fell face first off of the stage.
TMZ.com reports he was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital in Sydney and is in stable condition and will remain hospitalized for observation.
Wednesday night's concert was Buffett's fifth and last in Sydney on his current tour.
