Even though Symone Zaire Black charmed judges with her version of Otis Redding's "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay," fans are far more likely to remember her for the spill she took off the stage.

While judges bantered back and forth about her performance, Black accidently teetered too closely to the edge of the stage and fell, hitting her head on the way down.

A medic was called and host Ryan Seacrest promised viewers would find out the 16-year-old singer's fate on Thursday's episode.
