Early Sunday morning, Geraldo Rivera tweeted a "selfie" photo.
According to Huffington Post , NY Daily News and a host of other news organizations, the Fox News contributor tweeted, "70 is the new 50. Erica and family are going to be so p----- ...but at my age..."
Included was a photo of Rivera dressed in a white towel and rose-colored glasses.
The tweet was later deleted from the @GeraldoRivera twitter account.
A new tweet later emerged Sunday, reading, "Note to self: no tweeting after 1 am." The new tweet has been re-tweeted more than 1150 times and it has received a host of replies.
Glenn Beck has been one of those twitter users to respond to Rivera’s selfie, by posting a selfie of his own. https://twitter.com/glennbeck/status/359162828915081219/photo/1
He writes, “Okay 49 isn’t 70. But still – check out my bathroom towel pic! Sorry ladies I just can’t turn this off!” The selfie shows Beck dressed in a heavy coat, scarf and baseball cap wearing a white towel, holding up an iPad.
