American sweetheart Taylor Swift has found herself in the middle of a controversy for appearing to be too…perfect.

The country singer’s CoverGirl ad for Nature Luxe Mouse Mascara was removed after an industry watchdog group said the photo had been photo shopped into an unrealistically glamorous da Vinci, according to a New York Times report.

The National Advertising Division has a problem with the ad’s “implied messages" : girls who use the mascara will get lashes that look like Taylor's.

They also question the product's claim that it enhances lashes by 25 percent and is 20 percent lighter than the most expensive mascara.
