Pickler considering adoption

Country star KELLIE PICKLER is keen to start a family with her husband of a year after growing close to his adopted sister.

The Red High Heels singer wed Kyle Jacobs at the beginning of 2011 and the couple is now considering adopting a child.

Pickler tells In Touch magazine, "Kyle's parents have taken in over 50 foster kids, and they adopted his sister. There are so many kids out there who need a good home, and who need to be loved."

And she has no concerns about her man becoming a father: "Kyle is going to be an amazing dad. That's another reason why I married him."
