Justin Timberlake prepares for married life by selling off bachelor pad

Groom-to-be JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE is preparing to sell off his New York bachelor pad after listing the property for a cool $7.65 million.

The SexyBack hitmaker is engaged to wed actress Jessica Biel and it appears he is getting ready to offload the penthouse apartment to set down roots with their first marital home.

Timberlake purchased the luxury pad in Manhattan's trendy Soho district for $6.56 million in 2010 and it boasts three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a fireplace and a terrace.

The singer is expected to exchange vows with Biel this year (12), but reports suggesting they had married in secret last weekend (18-19Aug12) proved to be unfounded.
