Gomez fights illness for Argentina show

SELENA GOMEZ battled through illness to stage her show in Argentina on Tuesday (07Feb12) and was forced to run off stage to blow her nose throughout her set.

The singer began feeling unwell earlier this week (begs06Feb12), and told her Twitter.com followers earlier on Tuesday, "So sick today."

She also uploaded a picture of herself looking rundown as she held tissues up to her face, but she soldiered on to perform at the Orfeo Superdome in Cordoba.

Gomez thanked her fans for their support and shared a picture of all the banners and gifts she received backstage to boost her spirits.

In a post on her page, she writes, "During quick change I had a little 'pick me up' from my fans! Had to blow my nose every other song."
