JUSTIN BIEBER's representative has vowed to fight a lawsuit alleging the singer fathered a fan's child, dismissing the accusation as "malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false".
According to online reports, a 20-year-old woman from California has filed a paternity suit against the singer, 17, claiming she fell pregnant after the pair had sex backstage at a concert in Los Angeles.
Bieber's camp is vehemently denying the claims made in the alleged lawsuit, and his reps warn they will use "all available legal remedies" to prove the allegations are false.
In a statement to TMZ.com, Bieber's rep says, "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.
"We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
