The Consumer Product Safety Commission is advising parents to stop using Evenflo's convertible high chair.

It's the kind that converts into a toddler-size table and chair.

The CPSC says 18 people have reported the tray can detach unexpectedly. And eight have reported kids falling out.

No one's reported any serious injuries.

About 35,000 of the chairs were sold.
