This is it, folks — DecodeDC is relaunching today! There’s a new logo and new content being posted on a new daily blog that is being posted on all Scripps websites.
And on Thursday there will be a new weekly podcast that takes a look at how technology eventually will change the way Congress works.
Meanwhile, we have been reposting some of our favorite podcasts. Today, we’re going back to the very beginning of DecodeDC to Episode 1: House of (Mis) Representatives.
The podcast focuses on a feeling many people get when dealing with Washington: “My voice isn’t being heard.”
Why do they feel that way? It could be because they aren’t being heard.
DecodeDC's foremost aim is to be useful. That means being a reliable, honest and highly entertaining source of insight and explanation. It also means providing multimedia coverage of Washington's people, culture, policies and politics that is enlightening and enjoyable. Whether it's a podcast, a video, an interactive graphic, a short story or a long analysis, it will be based on this guiding principle: We are in DC but not OF DC.
