CLEVELAND, OHIO--Could Bill Parcells be leaving warm weather, and palm trees for the cold and the "Mistake By The Lake"?  According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Dolphins Vice President of Football Operations may be interested in going to the Cleveland Browns and take on the same role for them to rebuild their football team.

Parcells came to the Dolphins following the 2007 season and created the environment which allowed the Dolphins to go from 1-15 to 11-5 and win the AFC East and make the post-season in just his first season.  This year the Dolphins are 5-5 but started out 0-3.  If Parcells were to leave he would get paid the full amount he is owed over his 4 year contract which he signed.  The Browns wouldn't have to compensate the Dolphins either if he were to bolt for the Browns.

Cleveland is 1-9 this year and have already fired their GM and head coach Eric Mangini will most likely be out of a job at the end of the year too.  Mike Holmgren has said he would be interested in the position to take over the Browns, however if Cleveland can get their hands on Parcells he would obviously be their first choice.
