LAKELAND, FL--Make that two state championships in the sport of volleyball for Martin County High School. Thursday night the Tigers defeated Tallahassee-Leon in Lakeland 3 games to 1 to win the 6A state championship, their first since 1994. The Tigers won 25-16, 17-25, 25-21, and 25-21 in the fourth game to earn the hardware.
