I grew up in a boating family. From the sailors on my mom’s side to the fishermen on my dad’s… there were very few times when I didn’t have a “boating choice” to make on the weekends.
If you have a chance to look around your marina this weekend, see if they have installed monofilament recycling bins… or at least if they have somewhere for you to put used fishing line. I was really shocked a few weeks ago when I did a story on the dangers of monofilament fishing line.
