SAVE THE SHARKS!!!!

Last Update: 10/12 7:41 pm

In preparation for the upcoming meeting we thought this petition might help convince the FWC how important it is to save our sharks here in Florida. Can you help us get the word out. This is really close, we need to get the lemon sharks protected first to prevent their aggregations from being wiped out this winter. But the FWC is also considering Hammerheads (great, scalloped and smooth), tigers and bulls as well.  It may look like just one state, but Florida is a very important habitat for coastal sharks.  And it also sets a great precedent.  If Florida protects them, there's a much better chance to get Federal protection. Thanks to everyone who has signed, and please keep forwarding and signing!!!
