A Touch of Sugar


A TOUCH OF SUGAR

Herb-Crusted Oven-Fried Fish

Ingredients:
Dash of salt
Paprika
Garlic
Onion
Course ground black pepper
Cornflakes
Fillet of tilapia (or catfish)
Buttermilk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Pour buttermilk on tilapia fillet until coated
Sprinkle on paprika, garlic, onion, course black pepper and a dash of salt
Cover the fillet completely with ground-up cornflakes
(Add spices to the cornflake mix if desired)
Lightly spray pan with non-stick cooking spray
Put pan in the oven and fry until golden brown

Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients:
2 cups of fruit
½ cup sugar
Water
2 T. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender
Blend until smooth
Put mixture into an ice cream maker or spoon into cups and freeze
