Orange Glazed Carrots with Dill
Carrots, Orange Juice, Sugar, Butter, Dill, Salt
Ingredients:
1 pound Carrots, washed, peeled, sliced into ¼” disks.
Orange Juice as needed, about 1 ½ cups)
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Sugar – Optional
Please carrots in a medium size sauce pan. Add enough orange juice to almost cover the carrots. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
Boil until most of the orange juice is evaporated and the carrots are tender. Add salt and butter.
Continue to boil until butter is melted and incorporated. Remove from heat.
Add dill and stir until dill is incorporated. Taste; add salt and sugar as desired.
