Sesame Chicken
Bone and skin the chicken breast, reserve the bones for soup if you wish.
Slice chicken into 1” cubes.
Coat with 1 egg and enough flour to lightly coat.
Lightly fry in and oiled skillet or wok until cooked through and lightly browned.
Heat a skillet or wok until hot. Add one tablespoon oil and add onions, carrots, and broccoli.
Stir for 20 seconds and add chicken pieces and Sesame Sauce.
Stir until hot and all the food is evenly coated.
Fried Rice
Cook rice according to directions.
When rice is fully cooked begin heating a skillet or wok.
When the skillet or wok is hot, add one tablespoon oil.
Fully cook 2 scrambled eggs and add rice to eggs in the skillet.
Pour Oriental Wok Perfect Rice Seasoning over rice and stir to evenly coat.
When hot and evenly coated, add the green onions and serve.
