WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- The current results from Supervisor of Elections are from Palm Beach, Okeechobee, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River County polling locations.

This special election is to determine who will take the place of Sen. Ken Pruitt, Republican of Port St. Lucie, who is retiring a year before his term is up.

JOE NEGRON (R)  33,539 votes
76.5%

BILL RAMOS (D)  10,260 votes
23.4%

WRITE IN  53 votes
0.1%
