GREENACRES, FL--Authorities have charged a Greenacres woman with the elderly neglect of her own mother.
They say Jessica Ann Rampersadsingh stole nearly everything from her disabled, widowed mother after taking her in, including a 140 thousand dollar settlement she received after a car wreck.
Rampersadsingh was also charged with animal cruelty after authorities found two malnourished dogs at the home.
She's being held on 30-thousand dollars bond.
