Mourners are gathering in New York today to remember Michael Jackson. People are   already lining up outside Harlem's Apollo Theater for a public memorial service scheduled to start this afternoon. Wednesday, the theater is also dedicating its weekly amateur night to the pop star.

Jackson was nine years old when the Jackson 5 won the Apollo's amateur night contest in 19-67.

He died Thursday afternoon after being discovered unconscious at his Los Angeles home.

An autopsy was performed Friday, but the coroner says they'll have to wait for the toxicology report and other tests to determine the exact cause of death.
