STUART, FL-- Police have made one arrest and are hoping to make another after a drug store customer was held up at gunpoint outside a Stuart pharmacy Tuesday.
The victim said he was robbed after filling a prescription for Oxycodone.
Witnesses gave police a license plate number of the getaway car. Detectives followed the clue to St. Lucie County where they arrested 26 year old Daryl Patrick Wilson of Port St. Lucie.
They charged him with armed robbery with a firearm and destruction of evidence.
Police have identified the second suspect as 23 year old Seth Pusieko.
According to the Stuart Police Pusieko is not only wanted for this robbery, but another similar robbery at the same location in June. They say there are warrants out for his arrest for sale & delivery of Oxycotin and leaving the scene of an accident/driving with a suspended license.
Investigators say they recovered the weapon from Tuesday's robbery which they described as a BB gun replica of a .45 caliber handgun.
