DELRAY BEACH, FL -- Police are searching for two men responsible for attacking an elderly pair in a condo apartment complex.

According to Delray Beach police, an 82-year-old man and his 90-year-old female friend went to dinner Monday evening at a Chinese restaurant. They then drove to an ATM.

When the elderly man pulled into his condo development’s parking lot at 'Pines of Delray,' two men got out of a red shiny pickup truck.

Both men approached the elderly pair. The couple was then attacked. The 82-year-old man was then shot in the neck after a struggle with his attacker. The female suffered a large cut to her leg.

One suspect then took the elderly man’s white Buick LeSabre bearing license plate; L02 8RP

The car has a small A-A-A sticker on back of car and a front vanity plate that says DANCIN'

The other male suspect fled in the red shiny large pickup truck. The vehicles were last seen on Homewood Blvd.

Police believe the two were followed from either the restaurant or the ATM.

The victims were taken to Delray Beach Medical Center and expected to survive.
