Men charged with attacking officer

BOYNTON BEACH,FL--Three men are in custody after attacking a Boynton Beach police officer.

Cristobol Mateo, Tomas Sebastian Lorenzo, and Julio Mateo are charged with battery on a law enforcement officer.

The police officer was attacked after trying to pick up a suspect involved in a child sexual battery case.

Officials say no one was seriously injured.
