Boynton Beach Mall murder case in court

BOYNTON BEACH, FL -- Prosecutors today are expected to rest their case in the trial involving a 2006 Christmas Eve murder inside the Boynton Beach Mall.

Wilson Pierre, 24, is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly gunning down rival gang member, Berno Charlemond inside the crowded shopping center. Investigators say Pierre was the leader of the San Castle Soldiers gang while Charlemond was believed to be a member of the Non-Stop Zoes/B-Town Boys gang. 

Pierre faces life in prison in convicted.
